Mixed Feelings About This Apartment
gridded windows obstructed view
The location was very convenient, offering easy access to city center attractions.
I was surprised by the condition of the balcony. It was covered with gridded windows. This obstructed the view and made it pointless.

the executive one bedroom suite sofa bed was spacious. i liked the views from the 11th floor. staff was helpful with directions. the hotel location is very close to shopping.
the gym did not have very good ventilation, i notice.

lack soundproofing occupied elevator
The lack of proper soundproofing was a real issue. I could clearly hear street noise and noise from other apartments. It was quite distracting. The provided fan did little to combat the stuffiness, and it seemed pointless without air conditioning. i also found the elevators often occupied by cleaning staff, meaning a long wait or a trek up the stairs

big bedrooms nice kitchen clean balcony
i stayed in a two bedroom suite. it had two big bedrooms and two bathrooms. the kitchen was nice and super clean and had a balcony with chairs.
the receptionist seemed to be the only one working. i arrived and nobody was at the front desk.

perfect location stable hot water reliable facilities
I appreciated the perfect location near Market Street tram station. It made getting around easy. The room's size was amazing and the hot water was always reliable. Plus, the available facilities added to the ease of my stay.
The hotel was difficult to reach by car. I found confusing road signs and heavy traffic. It was a nuisance because I was not familiar with the area.

The staff helped with early check-in. They also offered useful advice regarding travel to the nearby Co-op Live arena. I was grateful for their support.
